HSCC assists public authorities in implanting large Infrastructure projects from their design to their certification, and in various domains: water supply, housing, transport and industry. this includes establishing construction standards and quality control procedures, conducting technical audits and “ as-builds” surveys, monitoring work progress day-after day, and controlling the compliance of completed works with original plans.

Thanks to its in-depth knowledge of international aid agencies, (HSCC ) may also provide assistance to authorities in the fields of public procurement by establishing terms of reference and assisting authorities all though the tendering and contract awards procedures, in the strict respect of international procurement standards.

(HSCC) also acts during the preliminary and planning stages of development project in the various fields mentioned above. Our attention is however focused on urban areas where planning efforts are the most stringent. In this particular fields, our know-how includes the establishment of urban development plans at the scale of districts (1:1000 or 1:2,000) or at the scale of the city (1:5,000 or 1:10,000), as well as the inventory and accurate cartographic recording of urban networks – drainage network, water pipes, power cables with constitution of networks’ management databases in GSI format and in 3D. in addition HSCC) has developed in Collaboration with other partners a HSCC 3D Visualization tool to assess the impact of future Urban development on urban and per urban landscapes.
